Orders & Shipments

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email within 2 hours with your order confirmation number. Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive emails at every stage of the shipment along with the tracking ID to let you know that your order is on its way.

How long will an order take to reach me? 

Once shipped, our orders will take 7-8 business days (India pin codes). Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address, public holidays, weather conditions, etc.

You will get emails and SMS updates from our courier partners and a tracking link to track your shipment.

Customized orders- delivery time will depend on the order size and quantity.

What is the shipping charge and policy?
  • Orders below 999 INR- A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs.100.
  • Orders above 999 INR - Free shipping.
  • International orders - Depends on your pin code. Check the real-time cost during checkout.

Can I open the package before making the payment for COD orders?

No, our courier person will hand over the package to you to open only once the payment has been made. We recommend that you avoid accepting any package if it has been tampered or damaged in transit.

I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same order?

No. Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items in it. You will have to place a new order.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to do so. In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, then we will either attempt to courier again (at additional charges) or issue you a refund of your order. All courier charges are non-refundable.

Why did I receive only a part of my order?

We might have shipped your items in two different shipments  so that they reach you faster and one of them may still be in transit. Sometimes it may be the case that the stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call/email from our customer care informing you the same. Only after your confirmation, the order will be shipped to you.

I was not available at the time of the delivery. What next?

If your order is prepaid, then our delivery partners will make 3 more attempts. It will come back to us after that and we will either attempt to courier again (at additional charges) or issue you a refund of your order. All courier charges are non-refundable.

My order is wrongly marked as delivered.

If our checks do not yield any result, we will assume in good faith that the package delivery was not attempted, and we will refund the entire amount within 7-10 days from the date of raising a complaint with us. Please raise an email complaint on hello@houseofmirrah.com and mention your Order ID.

How can I cancel my order?

For cancellations, please reach out to us at hello@houseofmirrah.com. Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be accepted.

No cancellation applicable for customized products once the order is placed.

I placed an order twice by mistake. What can I do?

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately at hello@houseofmirrah.com. We will cancel one of your orders and your refund will rech you via the payment method used by you to place the order.

Returns & Exchanges

How to return a product?

If you’re unhappy with any of our products, place a request to return the product within 10 days of receiving the product. You can place a return request directly on your shipment tracking page or login to your Mirrah account to place a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send it along with the original packaging.

I received a damaged / defective product.

Uh-oh! Sorry, we didn’t mean to break your heart! Send us an email on hello@houseofmirrah.com, within 5 days of receiving the product, on the above address with the photo of the damaged / defective product and we’ll try our best to bring a smile on your face again.

How do I create an account?

Click on the ‘Account’ option on the top right corner of this website.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on “Forgot Password” option available in the Account/Login page; Enter the email address; you will receive a link to set a new password on your registered Email ID.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on House of Mirrah?

No, you do not need to have an account to shop with us. However, we do recommend that you create an account with us to avail offers, discounts, customization and subscription benefits.

Payments

What payment options do you have?

We use secure payment gateways where you can pay through Credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / UPI-Scan / Wallets / PayPal / Cash On Delivery (COD) / etc.

I was charged twice for an order.

We are sorry about that. Please send a screenshot of your bank statement and Order ID on hello@houseofmirrah.com. We will refund the money within 10 working days.

My screen had a Refresh / Timeout during payment

Don't worry! Our secure payment gateways do not charge you until you have entered an OTP. We request you to go to your cart and pay again if you have not received an order confirmation.
